Terence Conran has been designing beautiful contemporary furniture since 1956 when he designed his Summa furniture range at the age of 25. In 1964 he opened his first Habitat shop in Chelsea London which went from strength to strength expanding across the UK and Europe. His later ventures include The Conran Shop, Heals, Benchmark and Content By Terence Conran.
