Delivery

Once you have ordered your items we will contact you to arrange a date and AM or PM slot for your delivery. We will deliver your furniture Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 18:00 and will advise you whether we will be with you AM (before 13:00) or PM (after 13:00).

Please also note the following. An adult must be present at the delivery address to carefully check the products, to sign and to acknowledge receipt in a safe and satisfactory condition. Any defects should be reported to us immediately on 0800 75 65 199. It is your responsibility to ensure that the furniture products you have ordered will fit into the room for which they are intended, that they will fit through all access points to the room, and that there is sufficient access for our delivery lorry to reach the delivery address.

4 Living offers FREE standard (two-man) delivery to UK mainland addresses on all purchases over £500.

Charges

For orders below £500 the standard delivery charge is £35 for mainland England and Wales and £59 if you live in Scotland. For delivery to the Isle of Mann, the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland or other European countries please give us a call on 0800 75 65 199 for a quote.

Disposal & Recycling

Once you are completely satisfied with your delivery we are happy to remove any unwanted packaging at point of delivery. It is also our aim to recycle all packaging for you when possible.

International Orders

Returns & Refunds

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will arrange the collection for you and free of charge! We will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition. Returns should be requested within 7 days (30 days for mattresses) of delivery and in original, undamaged packaging.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

Returns can be arranged by calling us on 0800 75 65 199 or by entering a return request via your online account.

Please note: We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us.

Organic Mattresses: Our mattresses come with an automatic 30-day returns policy with full money back guarantee and free collection if, for whatever reason, you are not 100% satisfied with it. The 30 days start from the date of delivery to you.

Unwanted Purchases of Furniture

Please check the dimensions of the delivery address for access (including doors, corridors, stairs and corners) and the proposed location before ordering furniture to ensure successful delivery, and to confirm that the product is the right size for your needs.
