Breathability
The number 1 issue people have with traditional memory foam is breathability. Other mattresses sleep hot because heat builds up between your body and the synthetic foam. All memory foams except for Essentia's are made using petroleum based chemicals resulting in their lack of breathability. Our main ingredients include latex, essential oils, plant extracts and water so our proprietary Natural Memory Foam breathes 80% better than other memory foam and it's healthy to sleep on.
Recovery time
The number 2 issue people have with Memory foam is movement restriction. Television commercials demonstrating the hand print in the foam is something we've all seen. Memory foam is designed to conform to your body and recover once you move. Movement is often restricted by this body cast. Our patented Natural Memory Foam recovers 35% faster than any other memory foam on the market so moving is effortless, as it should be.
Comfort
Comfort in our Classic is created by a 5cm thick layer of our Natural Memory Material for comfort, pressure relief, and odourless peace of mind.
People tend to rely on lie-down test which in fact cannot determine true comfort. However comfort is measurable. Comfort relates to pressure point relief and contouring preferences. Your spine must be aligned and pressure distributed. Essentia mattresses are tested for comfort in labs. We take weight and body types into account and design accordingly.
